What StudioRih Offers
Every StudioRih project starts with one goal: a home that feels entirely yours. Here's how we get there.
StudioRih offers a focused range of services — each one built around the same principle. You should never have to wonder what's happening with your home, chase anyone for answers, or make decisions without the right information in front of you. Rih’s job is to make the entire process feel as considered and effortless as the result.

Precision where it counts most.
The bathroom is one of the most technically complex spaces in a home — and one of the most personal. It's where your day begins and ends. It deserves to feel like it was designed entirely for you.
A poorly executed bathroom renovation is expensive to undo. The Sanctua-RIH package brings both the design eye and the construction knowledge to get it right the first time — so what you end up with isn't just beautiful, it's built to last.
What's included:
Space planning and layout optimization
Full design development and concept direction
Detailed construction drawings your contractor can actually build from
Curated material, fixture, and finish selections
Trade coordination and management through to completion
The result is a bathroom that feels like a sanctuary — considered in every detail, and unmistakably yours.
Best for: Primary ensuite transformations, full gut renovations, and clients who want a bathroom that feels luxurious without looking like everyone else's.
-
For the client who wants it handled — completely.
This is the most comprehensive way to work together. From initial concept to final install, I manage every layer of your project: space planning, design development, material and finish selection, trade coordination, and construction oversight.
You stay informed and in control of the decisions that matter. Everything else — the follow-ups, the site visits, the details that quietly derail most renovations — is mine to manage.
Best for: Whole-home renovations, multi-room projects, or anyone who wants a single point of accountability from start to finish.
-
For clients who want StudioRih in their corner from first sketch to final reveal.
Great design deserves great execution. The Management add-on means StudioRih stay involved beyond the drawings, keeping your project true to the design vision, making decisions in real time, and making sure nothing gets lost in translation between what was designed and what gets built.
Rih can bring in her own trusted team, or work seamlessly with contractors you already have. Either way, you have one person looking out for the integrity of your space — from the first decision to the final detail.
Available as an add-on to any StudioRih service.
How it Works
Phase I: Dream It
Every project begins with a conversation about your space, how you live in it, and what you want it to feel like. StudioRih listens before designing. This phase is about building a clear picture of the outcome before a single decision is made, so everything that follows has direction and intention behind it.
Phase II: Plan It
This is where the thinking becomes tangible. Space planning, concept development, material and finish selection, construction drawings — every detail of your project is resolved on paper before any construction begins. You review, refine and approve. Nothing moves forward until you’re 100% set.
Phase III: Build It
Design doesn’t stop when construction starts. I stay involved throughout — coordinating trades, reviewing progress, catching issues before they become expensive, and making sure what gets built matches what was designed. You stay informed at every stage, without having to manage a single contractor yourself.

Why should I hire a designer?
1
A well-executed renovation adds significant value to your home and a poorly executed one costs far more to fix than it would have to get right the first time. Beyond aesthetics, I bring construction knowledge, trade relationships, and project oversight that most homeowners simply don't have access to on their own. The investment in design pays for itself.
How long does a typical project take?
2
It depends on scope and complexity. A focused bathroom renovation typically runs 3–6 months from design through construction. A full-home project can range from 6–18 months.
When should I start the design process?
3
Earlier than you think.
The most expensive mistakes in renovation happen during the planning phase — when decisions are made too quickly, without the right information. Engaging a designer before you've committed to a contractor or a layout gives you far more flexibility and far fewer surprises.
How much do your services cost?
4
Every project is different — different spaces, different scopes, different priorities. Fees are structured to reflect what your project actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all package. The best way to understand what your investment looks like is to start a conversation.
Projects typically begin at $3,000 in design fees.
